Returns

Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging.

Custom or personalized resin products are not eligible for return unless defective or damaged upon arrival.
Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within5–10 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the product is defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped by us.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original product within 4 days for a refund and place a new order.
