AtTrendzo, we want you to be confident in your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we accept returns under the following conditions.

Returns

  • Returns are accepted within4 daysof the delivery date.

  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging.

  • Custom or personalized resin products are not eligible for return unless defective or damaged upon arrival.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within5–10 business days.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the product is defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped by us.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original product within 4 days for a refund and place a new order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • Include your order number and photos of the product and packaging.

  • We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
